Impact of your Giving

$100 Provides 1 month internet services for the Club that allows its sober community to stay connected, apply for jobs, attend remote classes, and attend virtual meetings around the world.

$250 Provides 16 new copies of the Big Book to be purchased

$500 Keeps the air conditioner and heat going for 3 months to make sure there is a cool or warm safe place to spend time with other sober people

$1000 Pays the rent and most utilities for for 1 month in current space

$5000+ Major gifts – In 2026, our goal is to identify a new location within Wallingford that would provide a more cohesive meeting and community space, ample and accessible parking, and outdoor space to encourage and nurture sober social gatherings. Given current economic factors, we believe our rent would go up to $3000-$5000 a month – a HUGE step for us to take. We will need community support and your help to reach this goal!

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, donations to The Renaissance Club could have tax benefits for you – either for charitable donations or even as a recipient for your Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) from your IRAs. *
